Question 1

What is Pythagor and what does it offer?

Accepted Answer

Pythagor is the Italian Innovative SME behind Theorem©, a territorial analysis platform designed to support decisions about locations, investments and expansion. The result is a report that brings maps, indicators and insights together into a coherent view of the area.

Question 2

Who is Theorem© designed for?

Accepted Answer

Theorem© is designed for companies, entrepreneurs and professionals deciding where to open, invest or expand a network. It can support sectors including food service, retail, pharmacies, sport and wellness, hospitality and real estate.

Question 3

How does an analysis with Theorem© work?

Accepted Answer

It starts with the location and the decision you need to make. You define the catchment area, business category and relevant modules; the cost is shown before confirmation. Theorem© then processes the available data and produces a report you can consult and export.

Question 4

How much does it cost to use the platform?

Accepted Answer

An analysis starts at €99. The final cost depends on the area and the modules requested and is communicated before the analysis begins.

Question 5

What data is analyzed?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the selected modules, the analysis may include demographics, flows and accessibility, competitors, points of interest, commercial properties, and ESG and territorial indicators. Sources, coverage and granularity may vary by area.

Question 6

How should I interpret the results and estimates?

Accepted Answer

The report organizes data, indicators and estimates to support the decision. Sources, coverage and limitations provide context for the results, which do not replace the final judgement of the decision-maker.

Question 7

Can I request a custom analysis?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your needs are not covered by the available analyses, contact us with your objective, territory and desired output. We will assess a custom solution with you and provide a tailored quote.

Question 8

How can I contact support?

Accepted Answer

You can contact us through the form on the Contact page or by email. Support is not available 24 hours a day: we respond during regular business days.

Question 9

Is a free trial available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request a free trial by booking a meeting with our team. We will start from your use case and show you how Theorem© can support the decision.

Question 10

What do I receive when the analysis is complete?

Accepted Answer

You receive a report in the platform with maps, indicators, insights and notes that help you interpret the results. You can also export it as a PDF and download the available data in Excel format.

Question 11

How long does it take to receive the report?

Accepted Answer

Most analyses are completed within a few minutes. Actual processing time may vary depending on the area, the selected modules and system load.

Question 12

What role does artificial intelligence play in the analysis?

Accepted Answer

Artificial intelligence helps organize and summarize the evidence into a clear narrative. Data, indicators and assessments remain distinguishable, so AI supports judgement without replacing it.
