General conditions of use for services offered by Pythagor
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the website https://pythagor.it and the services offered by PYTHAGOR Srls - PMI Innovativa, with registered office at Viale Regina Giovanna, 33, 20129 Milano (MI), VAT/Tax ID: 10386010960.
The use of the website and services implies full acceptance of these Terms. Users are encouraged to read them carefully before using the platform. These Terms are effective from the date of the last update indicated at the top of the page.

Pythagor reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, without prejudice to further damages. The User has the right to export their data and to request account deletion at any time by writing to info@pythagor.it. The provisions of the Privacy Policy and any separate agreements with Pythagor remain in effect.
Access to analysis services requires the purchase of credit packages through the Stripe payment system. The credit cost of each analysis varies based on selected parameters (competitor analysis, Google reviews, demographic targets, coverage radius). Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. An initial bonus of free credits may be awarded upon registration.
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Articles 52-59, consumer Users have the right to withdraw from credit purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the credits have not been used, even partially. The User acknowledges and agrees that, pursuant to Article 59(o), the right of withdrawal does not apply to credits already used for generating analyses, as the digital content has been supplied at the User's express request.
Pythagor reserves the right to invalidate credits after a period of non-use by the User, without the right to a refund.
The User agrees not to use the Platform and the Services to:
Violation of these provisions may result in the immediate suspension or closure of the account, without the right to refund of remaining credits.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, reports and analyses, is the property of Pythagor or the respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Reports and analyses provided to the User are granted under a personal use licence and may not be redistributed or resold without written authorisation.
The User retains full ownership of data entered into the Platform and grants Pythagor a non-exclusive, limited and revocable licence solely for the purpose of processing such data and providing the requested Services, as well as analyzing and improving the Services themselves.
Analyses shared via token-protected links are accessible to anyone with the link, without authentication. The data contained in the analysis will be visible to all link recipients.
The User is solely responsible for the distribution of sharing links and the consequences arising from third-party access to shared analysis data.
User content and generated reports remain on the Platform for a period of time communicated to the User, after which Pythagor reserves the right to delete them wholly or partially (except where required by legal obligations), without further notice and liability, or to require additional credits in order to retrieve them.
The analyses and data provided by Pythagor are informational and statistical in nature. They do not constitute professional, financial or legal advice.
The Services do not provide all information that Users could or should request or consider necessary to fully evaluate any commercial or non-commercial transaction and must not be taken, alone, as a basis for investment or disinvestment decisions in any form they may be understood.
The Services may include forward-looking assessments prepared by the Platform based on a number of assumptions and estimates that may prove incorrect and, consequently, actual results may vary and differ significantly from those predicted. In some cases, these forward-looking assessments may be identified by the use of words such as "believe", "anticipate", "estimate", "target", "potential", "expect", "intend", "forecast" and similar expressions. Forward-looking assessments provided by the Platform, including assumptions, opinions and forecasts by Pythagor or cited from third-party sources, are solely opinions and forecasts that are uncertain and subject to risks. Forward-looking assessments are not guarantees of future performance and Users should not rely on them. Statements on the Platform regarding past trends or activities should not be taken as a representation that such trends or activities will continue in the future. Neither Pythagor nor any other person has any obligation to update or maintain current the information, opinions and/or forward-looking assessments contained on the Platform and already provided to Users, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, nor to correct any inaccuracies or omissions that may emerge.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" and Pythagor makes no representations or warranties, express and/or implied, nor should reliance be placed on the authenticity, origin, validity, correctness, accuracy, reasonableness and/or completeness of any information, statement, opinion or assumption included on the Platform or in other documents that may from time to time be provided to the User or discussed verbally (the "Additional Information").
Neither Pythagor nor any of its directors, officers, advisors, agents, employees or representatives accept any liability or obligation (tortious, contractual or otherwise) in relation to any information, statement, assumption or opinion included on the Platform or in the Additional Information or any errors or omissions therein nor is any liability (for negligence or otherwise) accepted for any loss or cost (including, without limitation, any direct or consequential loss or cost) however arising from any use of the Platform or the Additional Information or any errors or omissions therein, except for those liabilities that cannot be contractually excluded under applicable law. In the latter case, the total liability of Pythagor towards the User shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such links are provided solely for informational purposes. Pythagor has no control over the content of such websites and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party websites. Access to external websites is at the User's own risk.
Pythagor is committed to ensuring service continuity, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues or force majeure.
Force majeure events include, by way of example and without limitation: natural disasters, pandemics and health emergencies, governmental or regulatory measures, cyber attacks (cyberattack, DDoS), third-party service disruptions (cloud providers, payment gateways) and infrastructure failures beyond the reasonable control of Pythagor.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution. Consumer Users residing in the European Union may use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Commission, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, for out-of-court dispute resolution.
Should the conciliation attempt fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, subject to the application of the consumer forum pursuant to Article 66-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Pythagor reserves the right, unilaterally and at its absolute discretion, at any time and without providing any reason, to modify or replace elements of the Platform, as well as these Terms and Conditions. Modifications shall be effective from the date of publication on the website or from such other date as communicated to the User. Continued use of the Services after publication of modifications constitutes acceptance thereof. In the event of substantial modifications, Pythagor will inform registered Users by email or by notice on the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction, except for the consumer forum where applicable under current regulations.
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Communications from Pythagor to the User shall be deemed completed at the time of dispatch to the address (postal or electronic) provided by the User at the time of registration on the Platform, as modified from time to time, which shall be deemed the User's domicile for all contractual relationships with Pythagor.
